Peter Barnes

Chairman

Mr Barnes has had a long and distinguished career in the Property industry with considerable experience in large scale developments and infrastructure projects in Australia, Tahiti and Indonesia.

With over 40 years of experience he has held a number of senior high profile positions including Managing Director of CRI Australia Pty Limited for 21 years, Non Executive Director of Goodman Australia Industrial Fund and Global Head of Property Lending for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Institutional Bank.


The Hon. Rob Borbidge

Advisory Board Chairman

Rob served as the 35th Premier of the Queensland Government of Australia from 1996 to 1998.

Rob is the Chair of the Legacy Committee for the 2018 Commonwealth Games and a member of the Council of Griffith University.


David Kwon

Managing Director

David Kwon comes from a strong construction background where he owned and managed HiTech Constructions, a private contracting company in the Australian construction industry which employed over 200 people.

David also has extensive business interests and contacts in the Republic of Korea. He is a member of the Korean society of Leading CEO’s of the world. David Kwon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Honorary PhD in Business Management from Hannam University in Korea.


Mel Woods

Chief Financial Officer

Mel has over 40 years experience in Director level Investment banking roles in both Infrastructure and Project Finance, and Privatisations, as well as Financial Markets and Capital Markets.

Jung Seock Park

Coordinating Director

Jung Seock has been working at POSCO, a steel company, for the past 30 years and has extensive experience in raw material investment such as Iron Ore, Coal, Nickel and Manganese, especially in Australia and Africa.

In particular, during his time working in POSCO Africa, he was deeply involved in infrastructure development as well as investment in steel mills across Africa.
